Dionysis Zacharopoulos has presented many excellent samples of his work over the years as a chef or sous-chef in many upscale restaurants in Athens, Greece even at the side of the renowned chef Giannis Baxevanis as well as fine restaurants in France and Switzerland. With its unique culinary proposals, Dionysis Zacharopoulos guides you through the paths of modern gastronomy, the cooking principles and values while sharing his passion and respect for pure ingredients and creative gastronomy. His valuable contribution in modern gastronomy has granted him 5 awards from Athinorama magazine and FNL.
